Zolvira provides AI-powered outbound email automation software that helps agencies, freelancers, and solopreneurs automate cold email campaigns, manage prospect responses, and book meetings. By accessing and using Zolvira's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. You are solely responsible for the content of emails sent through Zolvira and must comply with all applicable laws, including anti-spam legislation (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.). You agree not to use the service to send unsolicited emails to recipients who have opted out.

Payments

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription plan you select. If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to the service. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

Prohibited Use

You may not use Zolvira to send spam, phishing emails, malware, or any illegal content. You may not use the service to harass, threaten, or impersonate others. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform. You may not resell or redistribute access to Zolvira without written permission. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.

Disclaimer

Zolvira is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained from using the service will be accurate. Email deliverability depends on many factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee inbox placement rates or reply rates.

Limitation of Liability

Zolvira LLC ("Zolvira," "we," or "our") is a Limited Liability Company formed in the State of Pennsylvania. In no event shall Zolvira or its owners, employees, or representatives be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.
