1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Zolvira's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Zolvira provides AI-powered sales automation services that integrate with your Gmail account to send automated emails, handle responses, and manage lead generation. Our service operates through secure OAuth connections and does not store your passwords.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must not use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Payment Terms

Our service is provided on a subscription basis at $600/month. Payments are processed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial months of service.

5. Data Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. We only access the minimum necessary data from your Gmail account to provide our services. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent.

6. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Zolvira shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately, and we will stop accessing your Gmail account.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
